First stories coming soon

Every journey starts somewhere

We’re gathering the first stories from people living with autoimmune and inflammatory disease. Check back soon, or be one of the first to share yours below.

Why we share stories

A diagnosis can feel isolating. Hearing how someone else found their footing, got stronger, or simply learned to live well again can make your next step feel possible.

Every story here is real, shared by the person who lived it, and approved by them before it appears.

Share your story

Tell us where you started, what you changed and where you are now. Our team reads every submission and will contact you before anything is published.

If you are a Youthful Medicine patient, we’ll send you a separate authorization form to sign before anything is published. Please leave out any details you’d prefer to keep private. If you’d like to include a photo, we’ll ask for it by email.

About these stories

These stories are shared by real people in their own words and reflect their individual experiences. They are not medical advice and are not a guarantee of results; outcomes vary from person to person and depend on many factors. Always talk with your physician before changing your treatment, exercise or nutrition. Some contributors may be patients of Youthful Medicine; any other connection to Youthful is disclosed with their story.
